This interactive arwork in clay reacts to touch and breath by organic and vibrant sounds.
It echoes back the intensity of the breath of the spectator.

Using clay and a singular technological material, Inspirations is part of the artistic process of hybridization between nature and technology developed by the artist duo Scenocosme. By bringing together natural and technological elements within the same works, they seek to create encounters between components from different environments, allowing new symbolic relationships and new languages to emerge both with our human body and with our environment.

The hybridization present in their creations tends to generate a unique unity between materials that were not originally meant to meet. It is within these delicate crossings that they design sensitive interactions with the body. Serving both as meeting points between materials and as meeting spaces with and between spectators, these hybridizations enable them to amplify the senses and to question our contemporary relationships with the environment.

Across their various works, they aim to compose rituals of interaction, offering a space and time in which a symbolic relationship can unfold. When they design interactivity within a work, they focus above all on the meaning of the interactions between the spectator and the installation. The material of clay, as well as the form of the sculpture, contributes to their intention to create symbolic identifications between body and matter. Here it offers a mirror of our body while also acting as an epidermal surface porous, sensitive, and close to the body.
